Fruit-ketchup company ’Chups expands to mustard
Just like how craft condiment company ’Chups wants to turn Americans’ understanding of ketchup on its head by eschewing tomatoes as the base and using other fruit instead, it wants to recreate yellow mustard. Co-founder Matt Wallace explains that the new mustard uses apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar for a less astringent, mellow flavor that is more approachable and modern.
