Ruby Scoops makes local, seasonal ice cream
Professionally trained pastry chef Rabia Kamara created the premium ice cream brand Ruby Scoops as a way to support local farmers and showcase the flavors of the fresh, seasonal ingredients they sell at markets. She also handcrafts her ice cream and sorbet without any stabilizers – ensuring a clean label to better display the clean flavors. Soon, she plans to release a line of ice creams crafted with help of local breweries, further advancing her mission.
