So Delicious expands gluten-free, dairy alternative offerings
Building on its growing portfolio of dairy alternative frozen desserts, So Delicious Dairy Free added Gluten-Free Cookies N Cream in both coconut milk and almond milk versions. So Delicious tests its gluten to 5 parts per million, which is more rigorous than the FDA gluten testing requirements for label claims. (The manufacturer also makes the only Gluten-Free Cookie Dough ice cream on the market.)
While gluten-free gets all the glory, dairy-free products such as almond and coconut milk are growing at an equally explosive rate, So Delicious says.
