What trends are you tracking?
Today’s consumers want ‘more’ and ‘less’. They want more functionality, clean ingredients, they expect delicious real flavor, and less sugar, fewer calories, and fewer or no artificial additives.
The big technology delivering this is High Pressure Processing (HPP), which differs from heat / pasteurization by using high pressure to eliminate microbiological organisms while preserving enzymes, functionality and taste. This allows us to create super clean all natural food and drinks without all of the scary toxic stuff!
