Designed to emulate the flavor, texture and functional properties of eggs, VeganEgg can make scrambles, quiches, frittatas, and replace eggs in baked goods and serves as a good source of dietary fiber (4g per serving) and calcium (10% DV per serving).
The product will launch on Amazon.com at $6.99 - $7.99 per 4 oz. package, which can produce the equivalent of a dozen eggs.
